ClearCloud End User License Agreement

Effective date: July 18, 2026

ClearCloud is internal-use software, licensed for use by a single
operator running a single self-hosted instance. By deploying or using this
software, the operator agrees to the following terms.

License

The operator is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run
this software on their own infrastructure for their own internal business
purposes. This software is not distributed as a hosted or multi-tenant
service, and this license does not extend to any other operator or
installation.

No warranty

This software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express
or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use is entirely at
the operator’s own risk.

No affiliation

ClearCloud is an independent, self-hosted integration tool. It is not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pax8, Intuit Inc.
(QuickBooks), or SimpleFIN. “QuickBooks” and “Intuit” are trademarks of
Intuit Inc.; “Pax8” is a trademark of Pax8, Inc.; “SimpleFIN” is a mark of
its respective owner. Any use of these names is solely to describe
interoperability with those services.

Operator responsibility

ClearCloud automates the creation of accounting records from distributor
invoice data. The operator remains solely responsible for reviewing and
verifying the accuracy of every entry it creates in QuickBooks Online before
relying on it for accounting, tax, or financial-reporting purposes. This
software is a tool to assist that process, not a substitute for the
operator’s own review.
